How to return a package and receive a refund

  1. Contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. You will be sent a postage label from a reputable delivery company that will provide for a prepaid shipment with insurance.
  3. Ensure you are returning the product with all original packaging and documentation such as original grading reports.
  4. Ship the Item to us within two days of approval to return the item.
  5. You will be refunded within 2 business days, after we have received and approved return of the undamaged merchandise with original packaging and documentation.
  6. Items not returned with original packaging and grading reports will be subject to a restocking, verification and possibly re-grading fee that will delay processing.

How refunds are processed

  1. Refunds will be issued as soon as the condition of your return order has been approved.
  2. We’ll notify you if there are any issues with the item or potential delays.
  3. You can choose to be mailed a check or receive store credit.
  4. Processing may take several days depending on the credit card or banking company you work with.
