Georgian Cluster Diamond Ring

Item#: RC131

It is truly rare to find Georgian jewelry and this cluster ring is the height of chic from that era. The center rose cut diamond with a frame of rose cut diamonds is typical of the times. The foliate motif on the split shank was a favorite theme of that period. The diamonds in this ring are foil backed, a technique used during the Georgian years to make the gems sparkle more brightly by candlelight.
