Our offices are in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are one of the nation's premier diamond and jewelry e-tailers. We have a data base of over 40,000 loose diamonds and hundreds of styles of jewelry. We are constantly adding new diamonds and designs.
We do not offer any plans at this time. However, we accept many forms of payment, including all major credit cards and wire transfers.
We accept all major credit cards, American Express, VISA, MasterCard & Discover. We also can accept wire transfers directly to our bank and details are supplied on request.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept payments with a check, personal or corporate or using all kinds of postal money orders.

Our entire loose diamond inventory is either GIA or AGS certified. These are the two most reputable diamond grading laboratories in the United States and both are respected worldwide. For an additional cost, we can also supply you with an independent appraisal from a registered appraiser to further verify your purchase.

Yes, you will receive a ring that is set. We assemble a head that is correct size and shape in relation to the diamond and set the diamond in the ring. You'll receive the finished ring in a gift box. We do this for you at no additional charge. This normally takes 2-3 business days to complete.
Even though it may not be shown, many of the items are available in various metals such as 14 karat yellow or white gold, 18 karat yellow or white gold or platinum. Please contact our Customer Service department (1-877-956-9600) to determine if it is available in the metal you want.
As our inventory is dynamic and constantly changing, some items may be discontinued and are no longer unavailable. In any case, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department (1-877-956-9600) and we will do everything we can to help you locate that item or find another one that resembles it as closely as possible.

Unless the purchase is returned and upgraded during the initial 30-day period of our return policy, we do not offer a buy- back program at this time.

Diamonds.com is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In compliance with the state tax law, we are required only to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Nevada. We do not charge sales tax for shipment to any other state. This can amount to considerable savings.
It may vary depending on the item(s) that you are purchasing and the shipping method you choose. The average time is between 3 to 5 business days. Items in stock normally ship the same day. Items that need to be assembled and set may take from three to five days to ship.
Diamonds.com only uses insured carriers, specifically FedEx. All shipments are insured for the full value of their contents until signed for by the recipient. The incident of loss is no greater than any other purchase you may make over the Internet. If in fact the shipment is lost, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
We will be happy to ship to any address you wish after we have verified your billing address. In some cases your credit card company or issuing bank may require you to add this address to your account.

Yes. We will ship via USPS registered mail. We gladly ship to AFO/FPO addresses in appreciation for the service that the members of the Armed Forces perform for this country.

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defect of the item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the order provided the item is in the same condition as it was received. No questions will be asked and you will receive a complete refund of the purchase price of the piece (excluding the shipping charges).
